Asked about measurements for glasses because I was interested in ordering online. Instead of politely saying no and explaining their policy, the staff was rude and belittling, even after I offered to pay a fee for a fitting. I have never been treated so poorly. I will NEVER purchase glasses from this location!

I arrived at Pro Optical with my eyeglasses in two pieces. I was looking for a new frame for my lenses. The optician could not find one to fit, but informed me he could copy my lenses and make me a new pair in about an hour. The staff was very attentive and helped me select a new frame. I returned in an hour, my glasses were ready and I was a happy camper.

I have come to Pro Optical for many things, glasses, doctor's appointments, repairs etc. I went in recently and was shocked to see the kind of service myself and daughter received. As we approached the counter for help the staff member behind the counter didn't acknowledge us for a good minute to two minutes as this staff member was busy coloring (yes coloring). When the staff member did acknowledge us we explained what we needed help with and were instructed to take a seat that they would help us in a moment and returned to coloring. I would have walked out right then and there but my daughters glasses really needed a repair. My daughter took a seat at one of the tables and I continued to stand at the counter browsing. A minute or two after my daughter took a seat a different staff member came over and fixed my daughters glasses. We only spent about 10 or 15 minutes in the store but it wasn't busy and I would think helping a loyal customer would be more important than arts and crafts.

Nice selection of glasses, but getting staff to help was difficult. The staff were rude and seemed more eager to chat and read their books then help me. I left and purchased glasses elsewhere...
