They did not return calls, missed deadlines, altered appraisals with no rationale or explanation, and ultimately wore out both the buyer and the seller. Ultimately their unprofessionalism and backwoods manner unraveled the deal. Unbelievable both in the breadth and depth of incompetence and that this business stays solvent while operating like this.
