Dr. Raemsch was born and raised in Austin, TX. After graduating Cum Laude from Texas State University with a major in Biology and minor in Biochemistry, he went to Barry University in Miami, FL where he obtained his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a comprehensive three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at West Houston Medical Center in Houston. While in residency, Dr. Raemsch trained with the world-renowned foot and ankle surgeons as well as vascular and plastic surgeons to develop the clinical and surgical skills he shares with patients every day. Dr. Raemsch specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction, as well as sports-related injuries and the treatment of arthritis of the foot and ankle. This includes fracture repair, repair of tendons and ligaments, and arthroscopy of the foot and ankle through a minimal incision. Dr. Raemsch believes communication and transparency are the cornerstone of patient relationships and strives to provide every patient a comprehensive approach toward conservative and surgical treatment options. Dr. Raemsch enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing and watching sports, golfing, gardening, and is an avid outdoorsman.
