Complete Minds' provide therapy for men and women who are dealing with relationship and commitment issues, people trying balance career and family, and athletes dealing with mental blocks and/or recovering from injury. It is my goal to help guide you so you can develop the tools to live a healthy, meaningful, and productive life. I am genuinely curious about your personal story, how it has been written so far, and how you want to shape your future story. Because no two people are alike, I work closely with each client to define and explore your issues. We will be able to tackle each challenge, with a goal of improving or perhaps eliminating the issue(s). We'll work together through the entire process.
