Heritage Healthcare provides nursing and health care services to the residents of Indiana. It is owned by the Life Care Centers of America, which operates more than 200 skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement living communities, home care services and treatment centers for Alzheimer's disease. Heritage Healthcare offers a variety of services to the residents, such as post-hospitalization suites, respite services, adult day care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. In addition, it provides anodyne, suction, oxygen and intravenous therapies. The center features a library, barbershop and beauty salon, courtyards, and TV and telephone connections. It organizes various fun-filled recreational events and offers bus services for external activities. Heritage Healthcare is located in West Lafayette, Ind.
