Although I like my doctor (Dr. Hernandez), I am extremely unsatisfied with the way this business is run. I have been there a few times now for checkups and there is always an extremely long wait. The receptionists are somewhat rude, and not very friendly. Every time I have had to call for something to do with my prescription, there has been a problem. I can never get through to my doctor directly and the website is often down. I am getting fed up with the waiting, and the run-around I always get from this business. I am going to begin the process of looking for a different gynecologist at another location.
