You will not believe the bargain you receive from Melrose. I have owned 2 other Rolex watches that I paid full price for. The watch I bought from Melrose was in "like new" condition at a fraction of the cost. Customer services was excellent.

I bough a Rolex submariner through melrosejewelers-ca as I live in Canada. I wanted to buy through a Canadian jeweler to avoid hassles with customs, but it turns out melrosejewelers-ca is the same outfit as the Melrose in Los Angeles. The website claims they will pay all taxes and duties and indeed they did, but it was a hassle. The watch came with a declared value of $450 and got stopped in customs. So it took several days to get the revised paperwork and the watch inspected and released. I paid the duty and tax and Melrose reimbursed me. For my trouble, Melrose sent me a watch winder, which they said was worth $150. Turns out I can buy it for $40 on amazon. The watch looks fine and authentic, but I paid more than US prices and still had hassle.
I have been into Rolex watches for quite some time now. I must say that I have never seen such a vast selection of beautiful Rolex's until I went to Melrose. They gave me the best advice and information about picking out watches. I had never seen such legitimate customer service at a jewelery store. They knew every little thing regarding their massive amount of watches. It was very easy to feel comfortable purchasing from them.

I love them. I could not be any happier with them. I ordered a very expensive Rolex for my fiance. I had searched around for quite a while and could not find a lower price. When i gave her the watch she was ecstatic. I have never seen her happier. i have not seen her take the watch off since she got it. I was given FREE overnight shipping, which was very nice. I was very satisfied with my experience with Melrose Jewelers. I ordered my Rolex watch from them not to long ago. When it arrived it was exactly what I expected and wear it everyday with no problems. 95% of their business is watches so they know what their doing and what their talking about. The price was right too, I couldn't find any store offering a lower price for the watch I got from them. I was never pressured to buy when I called their customer service either. I bought a Rolex watch for my brother during the Christmas season from Melrose and was very happy with the customer service and overall buying experience. I ordered online and was a little worried about it but the watch arrived safe and sound and was STUNNING! It had a beautiful blue face that was even more striking in person. He gets compliments about it all the time and I can't say enough about the company. Melrose Jewelers, I just have to say thank you again. I don't often buy things online, let alone a luxury watch. However, I was looking online for the perfect father's day gift for my dad, a man of 81, and came across the Melrose Jewelers website. I called on a Sunday, so I wasn't sure if they'd be open. To my delight, they were open on Sunday. Not only that, but the man on the phone was kind and courteous, and even helped me pick out the perfect watch for an older man. I picked out a two-toned watch with silver dial. I already have it, within only 4 days of ordering. I could very easily afford their prices - not sure if I could even buy a Rolex at first. So excited about my Mother of Pearl Dial Sapphire Rolex from Melrose. I just got it in the mail yesterday (super fast shipping,) and it's more beautiful then I could have imagined. I was looking for something Blue and pretty for my wrist and I found it here. The price is perfect and everything works great on my Rolex.
