Super friendly and helpful staff that are always quick to point me in the right direction and offer advice and/or suggestions. Nice neighborhood store that often saves me from driving all the way to Home Depot.

This is a truly great hardware store, it's amazing what they stock and what they don't they can usually get you. I once got parts for a big old street light at Koontz.

Looking for that hard-to-find fitting or piece of hardware -- this store has it. Stocked to the ceilings Large friendly helpful knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need (or retrieve it from the upper levels if you can't reach it.) This is what an old-time hardware store should be. Loaded with all kinds of stuff. Special orders can be made there too. And they have great housewares and kitchen stuff. I've shopped here for 9 years and I always find what I'm looking for.

Awesome hardware store!Anything you need or looking for when other stores no longer carry an item, best bet -Koontz Hardware. It's definitely like one of those "Once in a blue moon" kind of stores- except the "blue moons" are year around, always there for us right here in West Hollywood. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out. Don't be surprised to be reminded of great products of the past.Not only will you find your basic hardware but varieties of knobs, locks, locksmith, hinges, power tools, specialty tools, plumbing parts & pieces, garden & landscaping.Large variety of house hold items and accessories like sink & bathroom fixtures, lots of closet organizers, cleaning products hard to find, marble sealants, polishes, brooms, mops, trays, Tupperware, glassware, pots & pans, dishes, utensils of all kinds, knifes, clocks, decorative candles, vases, picture frames & accessories for the walls and the list goes on.Koontz Hardware definitely holds to it's reputation well.
