They still charged my bankcard, never stopped this process & my checking acct. was debited $318.92.on the day that they originally set to do the inspection. After 5 days they still hadn't issued a credit in spite of the fact that their negligence cost my $90. in overdraft charges to cover 3 other transactions that hit my acct. the same day after the directdebit of their charge. They were fully aware of this also. I had to call them & now they say it will be taken care of !!!! Don't do any business with this terrible company....
