The Worst Experience Ever!!!!

This taxi service was the worst I have ever experienced. I was at the Tweed New Haven Airport, and they never came for me after calling them about 4 times during a 2 hour period. Imagine my friend's plane had time to leave New Haven and land in Philadelphia and I was still waiting on the cab, even though I had called them at least an hour before my friend's plane boarded and took off in New Haven. The thing that upset me the most is that every time I called during the 2 hour wait and the girl kept saying "the cab will be there in 10-15mins" , and sadly I did not have the number for another cab company. So I surely learnt a lesson...never depend on one cab company. By the way the cab never came, I ended up getting a random cab from another company who decided to pass by the airport to see anyone was waiting. So please make sure you don't depend on this company because you may end up missing your flight or your train, or being super late, or never getting to you destination at all!!!

Miserable Experience

I called Metro Taxi last week in order to make my morning commute to the city while my car was being serviced. To ensure making my 7:46 train, I called and booked a cab the evening prior to my departure. To give myself some room for error I called for a 7:20 cab (I only was about 5 minutes from the station).



The driver called a few minutes before 7:30, I figured we were still ok on time. By the time he arrived, 7:42, I had basically abandoned all hopes of making it to my 9:00 meeting. Basically the first thing the cab driver said to me was, "It's not my fault." Stupified by his statement, I asked him who's fault it could possibly be. He tried to kick me out of the cab. I told him to just get to the station, I didn't have time for alternate plans. Next he asked me how to get to the station, apparently he had no idea how to get around or how to use his GPS. The whole situation was completely rediculous, I would NEVER, ever under any circumstances order a cab from this company.
