Carrigan Middle School provides a wide variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students in grades six through eight. The school s curriculum includes programs in art, mathematics, English, science, computers and social studies. It offers various programs in special education that include diagnostics, screening, and instructional and support services. Carrigan Middle School offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that include chorus, the National Honor Society, peer tutoring, and chess, cyber and drama clubs. The school has a guidance department providing scholarships and assistance with academic issues. Carrigan Middle School is part of West Haven Public Schools and is located in West Haven, Conn.
