Each summer, Summer Place Programs offers enrichment opportunities for young people from preschool through grade 12. Each program is unique, yet they all share a common commitment to excelling through curriculum, staff and facilities. All programs are based on the premise that learning and fun go hand in hand. Located at the University of Hartford, Summer Place Programs include the Summer Place program, which provides campers from grades 1-9 the opportunity to create a daily schedule of enrichment and athletic activities that reflects their personal interests and talents; Kinderplace and Li l Place programs, which combine the fun of camp with appropriate developmental learning experiences for preschool and kindergarten-aged children; and the Summer Place Players program, which provides participants, grades 6 12, professional theater training and performance opportunities in a major musical production. Summer Place Programs is located in West Hartford, Conn.
