Highly recommended because of the quality. Open Monday through Saturday and they allow you to train in all they have to offer for one price. I like the MMA program here (Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu). Other places seem to charge more if you want to study different martial arts. I like that they give you a free introductory program also so that you can see if you like it. I recommend trying them out if you are looking for quality training in a quality place.

The gym down the street from here is shutting down. I came to check things out and was pleasantly surprised. My child had trained for a while, and I thought all gyms were, well, gyms. I have now checked another place out up the street, too. I am happy with how professional everybody is here, and I have never seen a cleaner, nicer school. I don't think of this place as a gym. It's a school. The mentality is completely different from other "gyms." The professionalism is higher, the instructors definitely know more, and I am definitely signing my child (and myself) up for this school. I wish had found them sooner. I have checked around. They are the best. Feel free to check around yourself. This place is clean. The instructors are professional and are full time instructors. I don't have to worry about this place shutting down (like the place down the street). I should have come here first, but I'm glad to be here now.

I like the classes & that I can learn so many different styles without having to pay extra.

I tried a free trial week that was offered when my friend joined. I liked it, and I wanted to try it for a month more. I was very pleased with the way this was handled. I've been impressed with the professionalism, and I like the training. I will be continuing. It's also nice to have a friend involved.

I'm responding to the person who tried a free week. Hmmm. How do you know about billing if you only tried a free week? While I didn't start training with Plus One to be a "fighter" I do have an MMA fight this weekend. I just went to a seminar hosted at Plus One this last weekend where the guest instructor was an experienced trainer who came up from Florida who has put 8 guys in the UFC. Also, the school doesn't advertise themselves as a place for "fighters." They advertise themselves as a place for people who want to learn martial arts in a healthy atmosphere. (That's all over their advertising.) Everything I have seen about Plus One is awesome. I started as a beginner, and they treated me very well. New people start all the time, and they are treated great. I've never met a better bunch of people to train with. Plus One is great. I'm glad to be here!

a fighter's gym?hahaha. what fighters?please give me a break.did the free week with joke of a school and was treated like a child,like it was a 3rd grade gym class. found the teachers completely cocky and generally unwilling to be to bothered helping novice students. completely overcharges and has a crappy service that takes care of the billing for them.

I love this place! There is a great variety and a great group of people. The sessions are instructional and offer a great workout. I love that you can train in different styles and it doesn't cost any more to do it. I don't use the weight room very often, but it's nice to know it's there, too. I'm very glad to be at this gym!

The gym loves to promote the fact that they are professional fighters, when in reality, they slip on boxing gloves with the most padding you can buy, shin pads that make you feel like your hitting a pillow and break out amature cameras to make the general public they're brock lesnar...don't waste your time with these instructors, unless you want a good laugh.

They have great offerings for Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts! Classes are structured. Multiple classes offered during the day and night. Several instructors available. Lots of space. Lots of equipment.

Plus One really is great. The schedule is flexible. Classes start as early as 6am and run late into the evening. They have many different martial arts to choose from and offer a free introductory course. The school is beautiful and very clean.

Plus One is a fantastic martial arts school. My daughter trained there for years. They offer a myriad of styles for adults and for children. They're open six days a week, have a great facility, and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly.

Their hours are flexible. Plus One Defense Systems offers many different arts, and they really care about their members.
