I recently was set up on oxygen and was done so by lincare. They were prompt and efficient . The driver that came out and he was kind and took his time with the set up. I was then follows by a nurse who was great in making sure I understood how to use my equipment. I get my tanks on a weekly basis and have had a wonderful experience with this company. I would recommend them highly!Ann B

I have never experienced such horrible and inconsistent service as I have had with Lincare. Making phone calls constantly as my oxygen has not been delivered, never knowing if & when the oxygen will arrive, and to make matters, the office actually told me that someone was out sick though they never took the time to inform their customers/patients to be sure they had enough oxygen. This is a life and death matter. I have water delivered & they have never been late with their scheduled delivery time. I am unclear if there is another provider in my area that takes my insurance, but if so, I will be discontinuing my account with Lincare. I would highly suggest that the owner of this company take the maximum amount of liability coverage available. This is a serious issue .

Horrible customer service - Will never do business with them again
