I've taken broken computers, pc memory problems, viruses, and malfunctioning external drives for service, and have almost always left the shop happy that I had found such a gifted group of IT gentlemen. Excellen service. Brought my computer in for repair and it was repaired quickly and never had problem again.

I've been dealing with them for about 10 yrs and have never had a problem. This is not a buy off the shelf store. I had a tower design with only the stuff I needed not what a chain store wanted to sell me. If you're looking the a cheap walk out of the store with it computer this is not the place.

The shop makes you feel as if you are in a dirty pawn shop. The cutomer service is okay at best and they have some good deals for computers from 1985 but they only have 30 day warranty's and seem to blame most of the computers problems on spyware and adware. If you like cheap stuff that doesnt work well then this is the place for you. If you want good quality pc and good warranty's stick with your local best buy.
