Services Services The firm has been the Structural Engineer of Record on thousands of projects, including minor renovation work of existing structures to projects with construction costs in the 20 to 30 million dollar range. We also provide independent reviews of Threshold Buildings, Value Engineering, Component Designs, Existing Conditions Analysis and Special Inspection Services. The firm has provided Forensic Engineering Services to clients for over 20 years and provides Litigation Support and Expert Testimony. We have extensive experience investigating losses to structures including, but not limited to, fire damage, water infiltration, lightning, component failures, collapses, impact damage, Building Code compliance, and blasting damage. The firm also offers Forensic Engineering Services to clients regarding mechanical, electrical and plumbing losses through our mechanical/electrical engineering consultant.
