I bought a Toro mower at Home Depot in Berlin and used it once in July. When I took it out in August, it wouldn't start at all (guaranteed to start on 2nd pull). I discovered Butler was a warrantee service provider so I brought it there. Was told (for $35) that it was "bad gas". They flushed system, put in their gas, and it started on 3rd pull then ran rough. They agreed it needed a new carburator -- when I picked it up the second time (mid September), it started OK but ran rough (surged). Mechanic said "We don't manufacture 'em." Was charged $40.00 more dollars for new carb. Took it out today (OCt.) for the first time since picking it up -- needed multiple pulls to start and ran horribly. $75.00 total repairs and virtually nothing to show for it. Consider that when bringing your machines there.
