My sister got me flowers from here on my birthday and they died 2 days later, I called to let them know and they said, sometimes when they stick the flowers in the foam balls the water can't get thru, so they said I COULD bring in the dead stems and would give me new ones, very, very bad customer service, then because I was so shocked, and said I would not bring in there dead flowers, the lady called back about 5 minutes later and said the same thing and felt bad, well if you felt so bad you would have gave my sister a refund for the dead flowers!! Word to the wise, saying sorry and doing the right thing always works....

I have used Classic Floral for years, and I have to say that they have the best quality and product. It really looks like they spend time on their arrangements and dont just "throw" them together. The workers are very helpful and full of good suggestions. Best florist in town!

I've been a regular customer with this shop for years and have never had any difficulties with either quality or customer service. The flowers are always absolutely gorgeous. The designers are extremely helpful in helping me figure out what would look nice, whether it's for a funeral, a gift to a friend, or just some flowers for my home.

Awesome little shop, I love going in there and just looking around, there's always something neat. They'll alter or make up a bouquet for you while you wait, too, so it's just how you want it.
