When I arrived at this facility for a routine cleaning, everyone was very friendly. They sent me back for a full set of x-rays. After the dentist received my x-rays, he informed me that I had seven cavities. He never showed me the x-ray, where he was seeing any problems, and was very vague in answering questions. He also informed me that he would not clean my teeth until they did a deep root cleaning on a number of my teeth. I requested a copy of my x-rays (which I was charged $25 for) and went to seek a second opinion. After reviewing the x-rays, this dentist informed me that I do not, in fact, have ANY cavities, and that the deep root cleaning was not necessary at all. It sickens me to think that if I had not gone for a second opinion, they would have drilled seven unnecessary holes in my teeth! and I would have spent between six and seven hundred dollars getting a deep root cleaning that was not necessary. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
