There were only male stylists at a salon which made me a little uneasy, but I still decided to go with it. My hairdresser was very nice, but I wouldn't say my hair turned out that way. I got a cut and a partial highlight and the color turned out brassy.....I can't even wear my hair in a pony tail since you see all orange chunky streaks (after I mentioned I didn't want chunky highlights) . My natural color lifts nicely, so not sure where the issue came in. I didn't think he left the product on long enough, so perhaps parts were under processed. When I mentioned toner to the stylist he was dumbfounded; he didn't know what toner would help, so he asked his other coworker and he said it looks fine and I should buy a purple shampoo. What, really??? My cut is poor as well (looks nothing like the pictures I showed him), but at least it's still long enough where I can go else where to get fixed. I don't even want to attempt to go back to see if they can correct it if they don't have any idea of what they are doing. I'll go elsewhere...... I used a Groupon, but should have known better. I won't go back!
