Vincente Diaz makes the most DELICIOUS cakes I have ever eaten. He has a variety of gorgeous little cakes in his display case - which are absolutely irresistible! It's nice to be able to buy a few different cakes to take home - so you can try out all the different flavors! His Coconut cake is to die for. Also love his espresso chocolate and almond cakes - but they are all SO good. His cakes have a slightly different - (really moist) texture and his frostings and fillings are so creamy and delicately flavored. Yum! My only complaint on the large birthday cakes I have ordered - is that he doesn't decorate them nearly as beautifully as he does the small cakes. Not sure why...Signed - Cake lover in Clive
