I lived here 2 yrs. The first 6 mos with a roommate. Shirley Fallin the property manager told me to make sure I put on the release that she was responsible for her dog's damages. I did and she even told me about how she sent my roommate a bill. I never received a bill or any more communication until I move over a year later and surprise I get a bill for my old roommates damages! I even specifically stated in my notice to vacate that I would like them to notify me ahead of time of any charges outside of wear and tear. No one ever communicated anything about these charges! I never even knew the amount until after they sent me a bill saying I never paid it. Don't trust these people they are untrustworthy and run a dirty business!
