Today, I'm stranded and need my car towed about 20 miles to my husbands dealership. I call my roadside assistance and they connect me with Right Hook Towing - great, I've used them before and everything was good.
First, the estimate was for 60 minutes, and they took over 90 minutes to get to me.
Then when the guy finally gets to me and out of his truck he tells me it'll be $56... I tell him my insurance company told me $1.70 (The roadside assistance pays the first $100). The driver says "Not my problem" and literally jumps in his truck and drives off! I didn't even get a chance to get the $56 because I'm stuck and he's here. Or the opportunity to call roadside assistance back. He just left!
So then, I call Right Hook Towing myself to see what's going on. The guy who answers the phone tells me he's "too busy to listen to me complain" and he hangs up on me! I call back and ask to speak to a manager, he says he's the owner. Wow! What a way to do business.
What's sad is that I've used Right Hook Towing before... heck, they are less than a mile from my house! Guess I won't be calling them anymore...

This place is awful. My family ordered a tow truck and needed to get the car to a shop by a certain time to have it repaired on the same day. They promised to be there by a given time. I called 15 minutes after they didn't show up at the agreed time and was told that it was simply an estimate. I then said they need to do better than that since I need to get the car to the shop. To my shock this person rudely cuts me off and yells back saying the tow truck is not coming. Worst experience!

Worst tow company ever, never showed. Then got caught lying. Tried block me from AAA dispatch sending another truck. I called another tow company that accepted AAA to get home. The man that worked dispatch last night was "Diamond." He told me he was too "high" to come out for the tow.

I hope no one ever does business with you guys Worst experience ever he was rude and disrespectful
