Mission To reach. To teach. To send. Our History The Lighthouse was established as a Pentecostal church in 1937. It has been a landmark of the Pentecostal experience from that time until the present. Our Statement of Faith We believe in one God and Father of all, who manifested Himself in flesh to become the Lamb slain for the sins of the world. After His ascension, everyone who was in the upper room in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost received the promised Comforter, evidenced by speaking in other tongues or languages. This experience is still for everyone who repents today. We further believe that baptism by immersion in water while invoking Jesus' name is an act of our faith in the remission of sins that Jesus provided through His death at Calvary. Our Ministries We teach that everyone is a minister, but we do have places where everyone can feel fulfilled as a part of The Lighthouse team. Some of the categories are music, teaching, youth, childcare, private education (ACE), and many others.
