My pet had been coming here for many years. He has had many ear infections and I went in to refill the meds (he was getting another infection at this time). I was told I must schedule a visit. I said I would like to and then was told that they are closing in 30 minutes. I said I could be back with him in 10 minutes, could you please see him, otherwise he will be in PAIN all weekend? I was given a firm "NO" and told to make an appointment the following Monday.. Later I called back and asked to speak to the Vet. The Vet called back and said that she is not sorry for what happened. Having lived in other places and having other Veterinarians, I am so surprised by this behavior. We will never be back.

Highly recommend Kelly and her staff. Kelly has always tried to get to the bottom of whatever ailements my cocker spaniel has even if she will soon be 14 Kelly treats her like she is a young dog unlike most you may go to that pretty much give up on the older animals. Let alone my dog loves them. She walks in with her tail wagging and is happy to see them all. They treat her as if she is theirs and that is worth ALOT!!

The entire staff at West Columbia Animal Clinic are the best, I can't see taking my little baby anywhere else. She loves all the girls and of course she loves Dr. Kelly. The office was so good to my little Puddles when she had stroke. They are the best.

great staff, very knowledgeable & friendly. Plus they don't charge you an arm and a leg just because they know you will do anything for your pet.
