Just finished getting drive-thru at this Taco Bell. I paid in cash, and was owed 54 cents by the cashier. The cashier handed me 50 cents instead of 54. When I let her know of the issue, she replied with, "I'm out of pennies and I don't have time to go get you some." I was completely blown away. I let it go because 4 cents is nothing to make a big deal about, but WOW! What kind of business does not give the customer all of his money back? I have eaten at this Taco Bell probably at least 100 times. While there was a few quirks that I was able to let go, this is too far. When a restaurant starts stealing my money, I stop going.
