It's the best for the money. We bought a barn with the porch and love it. It makes a great guest room & storage building. However, after a month & 1/2, the lock to the front door doesn't work. We're waiting to hear back from the company. I can recommend putting insulation in the ceiling, not necessary in SC in the walls. Make sure you get the the inside dimensions as well as outside ones. The measured ones we made were not as they were supposed to be.
