Lied to multiple times from the get-go. All their employees are told different policies on when payments would begin, how long delivery would take, then blame each other for the miscommunication either each other or the customer themselves. Then refuse to satisfy the customers for their mistakes. Refuse to answer the phone and have us running in circles with their credit card company Synchrony (who are also entirely unhelpful). These people do NOT CARE. Terrible service, terrible communication, and leave you with a hit on your credit and weeks of wasted time. Do not shop here.

Don't ever shop here is right. Same thing has happened to me as these other reviews. I was lied to about when the payment was due, they have no clue when the items will come in and after they sell it they feel like that's where the service ends. Worst run place I have ever been.

Do not buy from this company I paid for my stuff up front ! Been eight weeks still have not received it. Keep giving me the run around will not Call you back!! This store should close it doors!!!

First off, they don't follow the FTC ruling for cancellations. By putting a No Refunds, No Returns stamp on the receipt, they feel their obligation to satisfactory service ends there.
Second, it took over a month to deliver a bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand and mattress. The sad part is when my wife called 3 weeks after ordering to try and cancel because it was taking to long to arrive, she was told a manager would call her. For the next 4 days, she called to cancel and each time the response was that the manager would call her. When he did call: it was to tell her that her order was being delivered the next day.
Now he did remind her that there was a no refund policy, however my understanding of a purchase is an exchange of money for a product. If that product is not physically in my possession, the sale is not complete; thus it should be able to be canceled. Much like taking an item to the register having them ring it up then decide you don't want it.
My recommendation is don't even bother shopping there. Go somewhere else and tell your friends not to shop there. The Retirement sale they advertise is meant as retiring your money from your wallet. You can get the same quality of goods at other furniture store, without having to open an account or credit card.
