Founded in 1989, Pembrooke Health and Rehabilitation Residence is a nonprofit organization. Based in West Chester, Pa., it offers medical care and hospitality services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and wound/hospice care, among others. The health center participates in Medicare, Medicaid and managed care insurance programs. Pembrooke Health and Rehabilitation Residence offers amenities, such as community dining, pet therapy, interactive recreational activities and nutritional management, including others. The center also contributes to activities that include exercise, arts and crafts, music, current events, religious services and holiday parties.
