Alita came to me highly recommended by a family friend. She handled my very difficult and extremely emotional divorce with a superior level of professionalism. The circumsrances surrounding my divorce were anything but typical and left me emotionally devistaded and vulnerable! I felt empowered from the very first meeting with Alita. My ex(a pathological liar) was hell bent on makeing every step of the process as painful and emotionally draining as possible for me because I uncovered her "secret", and her lawyer had no problem catering to her irrationalities. The mud slinging was unbelievable and it became clear that my ex was going to say or do anything she could to make me look like a bad parent. Alita would have none of it, she stood up each and everyone of their rediculis claims making them all go away. Finally, while my ex's lawyer continued to milk her to the very end, Alita didn't even charge me for our last two interactions, the last one bieng an hour long office visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Alita, she was as much of a therapist to me as she was a legal adviser. We never had to go to court but I would love to witness her in action.

Hired Alita for a family law case - she was so very attentive to my needs, very professional & aggressive yet empathetic. Was able to get me the settlement I was looking for in a timely fashion. Will refer her over & over.

Alita Rovito has been my lawyer for 2.5 years. During that time she has made an awful situation so much easier to handle. She fully prepared me for what was to come, there were no unfair surprises with regard to events or bills, and she was proactive in giving me advice to avoid future problems. In addition, Alita Rovito was a former family court master in Chester county for many years so she has great insight into what the masters are looking for when it comes to making or defending a case--this goes beyond legal knowledge that most attorneys have. I am currently in a divorce support group and I hear terrible stories about how lawyers treat their clients--they tell them what they want to hear to get the initial check then suddenly everything changes, they push them to overlook serious issues in a drive to push towards settlement, they surprise them with massive and unexpected bills or behave as if they are working for the other side. I consider myself very lucky to have Alita Rovito.
