I stopped on to purchase a bouquet at the last minute. The staff were courteous and helpfull. They created a very nice bouquet.

Do not shop at Logus Florist in West Chester Pa!! I will never order anything from this business again! The owner showed up on my doorstep to deliver a gift that was ordered for my birthday. She then would not give me my gift until I paid a bill from 2009 that I thought would have been covered by an event's budget. She then proceeded to threaten to call my mother, who passed away in 2000, to tell how badly she raised me. She then would not leave my property until I paid her. I then had to order her off my property under threat of my calling the police. I called the police who agreed that while this was very unprofessional behavior it was not criminal as she left. I am sick of people getting away with behaving like thugs! So be aware - pay them ontime or you'll be subjected to the same behavior!!

I ordered the "Teleflora Party Time" flowers for my fiance's birthday. When I saw the arrangement, I couldn't believe that it was the same thing that I paid a nice chunk of change for as advertised on their website. They advertised the arrangement as 13"x13" (give or take a little, obviously). I knew it was nowhere near this size though, so I measured it and it came out to 8"x9". I could see an inch or two here and there, but that's 9" total missing from the arrangement. Not only that, the arrangement itself just looked like it was thrown together. The flowers looked nice and fresh, so I had no qualms about that. The rest of the arrangement just looked like it was made by a blindfolded pre-schooler. I called Lorgus and just wanted to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the arrangement, and from the start I received attitude from the woman that answered. To make a long story short, I will get flowers from the local supermarket before every buying from Lorgus again. Terrible.

I have been a customer for 5 years now. Whether I need a $10 mixed bouquet for a friend, or a stunning contemporary $100 arrangement, Lorgus has always taken care of me.
