I dont know what is with all the bad ratings. I bought an F150 there in march 2011, and it is a great truck. Yes, I put some $$ in it (about $500 and I didnt do the work myself like I normally do), but I knew that before I bought it. Talked down the price, and still am under book by a good $1500. They probably do buy wholesale from auctions (most places do), and only service what they need to, but these are USED VEHICLES AS-IS!!! If you want a factory reconditioned vehicle, go to the dealer and pay 20-30% more! Also, do your homework.. Get the carfax or autocheck, check the dipstick, coolant, trans fluid, etc. Test EVERYTHING on the test drive so you dont kick yourself later. Make sure you drive it more than 1 mile!! Check the undercarriage for oil and leaks. I drove an hour each way twice to look at and drive my truck before buying it.
