In operation since 1947, Family Service of Chester County is a counseling and human service agency. Based in West Chester, Pa., the agency provides counseling to people of all income levels and operates programs to address several community related issues. It includes child abuse, alcohol use, families, divorce, HIV/AIDS and financial self-sufficiency. The center also offers various programs in the categories of exchange club family center, project one, retired and senior volunteer program. Additionally, the organization offers counseling for parents and children who are impacted by divorce or separation.
