They claim they have a special chemical to remove cat urine from carpet, but the chemical did nothing. The carpet was wet for more than a day and smelled worse than before they got here. Would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional crew. The girl cut her hand twice with a knife and the man had his arm in a sling. They were not a good team. It seemed like the girls first day on the job.
Our sofa had chocolate on the cushion and arm. Mike from Angelo's did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa and removing the stains. I would definitely use the company again.
My carpet is 4 years old, no one is allowed to wear shoes on it. So, accept for one trouble spot in front of my computer desk the carpet is very clean. The tech didn't do anything special that I couldn't have done myself by renting a machine, the trouble spot was still dirty. He told me what to do to clean it and I used several rags and got up more dirt, wasn't he supposed to do that? Well he didn't! The carpet was supposed to be dry in 4 to 8 hours, it wasn't! It was soaked after he left, apparently the machine he used (which made a ringing sound, guess it's ready for repair or the dump) wasn't doing a good job at sucking up the water. And it took close to 24 hours to dry! I will NEVER use this company again!!!!
