You are a good store, but the "kid" who just answered was a "dud". He could not even concentrate on what I was saying! I have a similar phone number and wondered why I get all these calls for Lowe's. One lady who called me twice in a row (the others just hang up when they call me the second time) just told me that there are two different ways she pulled up your number...and they are different. One is mine....please check that the first number from 4900 is correct.
just not the help expected when shopping for carpeting. needed help and it just wasn't available thru your employees. trying to decide between carpet and tile.
