Elite Photography has one of the most creative studios I have ever seen... if you want pictures on the beach - no reason to drive to the beach, just visit West Chester and get the same look and feel. It's absolutely amazing. If you want friendly & energetic staff... you know who to visit!

I was very pleased with the quality of the pictures, they turned out great. I was very disappointed in their prices and was mislead about a product I told them I wanted when I booked the appointment, during the photography session, and when we went to choose our photos. Not one of the four employees mentioned the product I wanted was only available if I spent over $1500.00. I also had a coupon that said they had several packages from $100.00-$199.00. I looked at all the available packages and there wasn't even one package available in that price range. I've already shared my experience with friends, and now they won't be using this studio after what I told them happened to me. I will NEVER go back there for anything!

I like most of their work, but Elite is extremely high pressure sales!! If you don't choose your photos within the 45 min they allow you, you have to come back for a second viewing appt for $30.00 more. Both times I felt I didn't choose exactly what I wanted because of the pressure to make quick decisions, so I missed out on some good shots. I had spent way more money than I had planned because you can't buy "just" the pictures you need unless you want to go broke by buying a la cart! I will choose a different photographer next time. When spending over $1,200 each time I expect to have more time to choose what I want.

Be sure to read the policy book before paying the sitting fee. They are set in stone and there is no flexibility.
