      2.0

      By there standards I don't qualify. I make $1000.00 more than the price range. If I did qualify I would have to pay a higher rental payment, all utilities plus water. From my understanding Section 8 which I don't know anything about. I'm sorry for people that are struggling, but I feel I'm being disaplined for working 30 years, and retiring at a younger age than most.
