I am very disappointed in the costumer service this bakery offers . I orders a bridal shower cake 10 days in advance and payd in full the day I placed the order . When I went to pick the cake up the names were spelled wrong . I asked they fix it and the cashier told me she didn't have any frosting in this location because they made their cakes at the other location in oak park ..when I asked to talk to a manager she told me to drive to oak park because that's were he was .. I asked to get him on the phone and she did but she first spoke to him in the back room and in their language and than hande me the phone . He said he was the owner so im thinking he would apologies but I was wrong he was worst than the cashier ... He said it was not his fault that the cashier who places the order made a mistake when she rewrote the order to send out for the other location and there was nothing he can do about it and offered to take $1 off the total price of the cake ( wich I thought was ridicules ) sooo I said I want my money back and u can keep the cake .. He said no u have to take the cake couse I'm sure not giving u the money back and hanged up So as I was leaving with a cake what was all messed up i told the cashier you will never see me or my family in this place again and she replyed with " we don't care for your business we have 3 locations ". I would recommend u stay away from this place unless u want to end up like me :(
