while visiting 12/6/11 with three small dogs ,was made to feel like a disloyal dog owner as i did not submit to the costs of having my dogs checked for heart worm , also my one dog needed a antibiotic for tooth infection according to the doctor (he is right) i remembered down the road (i live 22 miles from there) then when i called back to mention me leaving there w/out the antibiotic - i was informed that i wasn't charged for it -fine the charge would be $20.50, there would be no, sorry to have to make you come back , nothing like that - i looked in my pocket had $17.00 left after paying $323 dollars earlier so luckily i had a change thing in the car and counted out 3.50 in change then went back and apparently the girl was upset (where i should have been for having to come back) and started counting my change like i child would , 1 2 3 4 5 etc. really was insulted by this visit and this upitty better than you are woman working for this doctor,, i left my money there w/the pills--
I recently moved into the area and was looking for a vet for a stray kitten my husband found who was in desperate need of assistance. Everyone at Berlin Twp Animal Clinic is wonderful. They went out of their way to help with a situation that was difficult at best and offered solutions that fit within our budget as well as providing the best care i could imagine for the kitten. I can't say enough about how wonderful these people are!!!
Honestly, I was upset when Dr. Nuzzi left but Dr. Polo is right up there too. I was relieved that another great Dr. came in. And the inside staff is awesome. Very helpful and nice. My pets will always be patients of theirs. :)
