Owner said they were bonded but when we told him about concerns we had about items missing -- new car phone speaker still in the package, new set of sheets, blanket and slipper gift set, and who knows what else -- he said we would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that his cleaners had stolen them before he would do anything. So as we were paying them, more and more items were going missing. What a terrible experience.
