I recommend. Good company. I bought and had some issues, service could have definitely got here faster, especially for a new purchase as it took 5 days from calling to appt to see me, but even still, I really like this company and they WILL take care of you. They sell used and new, so MAKE SURE you ask what you are buying, new or used. Then your expectations will be adjusted. I think most complaints I see are because ppl think they bought new and it was a new, but discounted scratch and dent. If you get $100's off the price and know it is scratch and dent, you will (or should) be happy. It is not reasonable to think you will get $100's off the price of a new appliance. Sales team and service overall is good. I recommend them! The repairman that got here was awesome and fixed all within minutes, all professional and very clean! This company is Local, clean, really nice store, friendly, knowledgeable!

Excellent service!! My fridge went down so I called kettle moraine appliance. They were at my door within the hour. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15-20 mins these guys are on top of their game thanks again KM!
