Love the food and service!
i recommend this place, tumbs up! i like the service the place and everything :)
The food is excellent, service is always good, and the atmosphere is great. That's why it's Zagat rated because it a special restaurant. Jonathan's is a very special place for the wife and I. We enjoy dining here all the time and I have never been disappointed. I believe you will find it to be special to.

Read all the goooofy reviews, don't be fooled, don't take them seriously. I eat there all the time and the food is unbeleivable - Pizza is VERY GOOD. Try their grandma pie with Sausage and the antipasto salad - won't regret it!. The sauce is so good they should sell it by the gallon and YES meat is fine there. Another fave - shrimp parm hero, it's Wow. Also their fried calamari is great. Cheesecake is outrageous and Canoli too! Portions are huge. Tuesdays is pasta night is the best. Owner is always there watching quality control and if you don't like something say so, they fix in a flash. Had a so so meal once in 6 years. How's that for a record. Oh and the staff is super nice and NO they are not all italian but guess what people some of the best Italian food is made by Hispanic cooks - that's the reality in NYC kitchens so don't be shocked (for all the racist wannabe foodies). PS. price wise, yes some are expensive but well worth a good meal.

I didn't think the pizza was anything to eave about. I have some concerns about eating anything from here containing meat. They are not known for freshness. Take a look at their boorah & urbanspoon ratings for yourself and decide. If you have the time and the money file for their health department report.

You don't need to be Italian to make Pizza. You don't even need to speak English.Bread dough cheese and tomato sauce such a difficult art to master.I think that it takes more brains to deliver a Pizza than make one.

Way over priced for there so so pizza, they need to hire Italians to make the pizza.
the food is great. the service is great. every time we have gone it has been great, we have moved away from the area but plan on going back for a visit and this is going to be the first place we eat at. would love to get them to open a place out where we live now.
