I was told that I was wearing the manager thin when I called to check the status of a dirty carburetor on my scag they had for almost 3 business days. Then the owner told me I wasn't a preferred customer cause I'm a homeowner when I called to complain about the customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Just a quick comment. I left a walk behind mower there for repairs. 1 month later, 24 hours after I really needed it and $125 over the estimate my mower was ready for me to pick up. I am glad I am not a commercial business, I would be out of business waiting on them. Someone from there left a message for me and I had to listen to it 6 times to figure out what they said. They spoke so fast I could not understand the message. At least if they can't work fast they can talk fast.
