Dunn's Florist did the flowers for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They weren't the absolute cheapest option, but they went above-and-beyond, clearly understanding the look I was going for, and delivering a GORGEOUS final result. Stacy and Beth were a delight to work with, and the customer service was outstanding at every step. I could tell they were invested in helping make my event a success, and they did--everyone raved about the flowers.

Although the staff was kind, the arrangement I paid more than $55.00 for was NOT worth the money! It was MUCH smaller than the description, colors were completely opposite of the description and only consisted of 3 flowers. Although they explain the substitution policy, they also state they do their best to match the description as closely as possible??? Description was a rectangle container, we got a round pot, description was for orange flowers, we got white and pink, description was for foliage, we got what looked like weeds, description stated it was 14" wide and 7" high, we got less than 7" in width, and about 4" high... I will never use Dunn's Florist again. Which is a shame because the staff was kind and their location is great...
