This place has really gone down hill. Carpets are filthy. Last time I was there 5 bulbs were burnt out and one was just flashing on and off the whole time. After my package is up I bought I will go somewhere else.

I have a mixed view of this salon. While I do feel that it is a very clean salon, I have never been treated very well there by the employees. They seem rude and act like I am wasting their time by being there and/or asking questions about beds/packages/services. I am basing this on over 20 visits spanning over ??? years (whenever they opened for service).

I totally disagree with the review with just one star. I have tanned here and other places in Wenatchee and Seattle area. It isn't dirty, and the staff is very helpful. I work near by so it is easy for me to get to and they always answer the phone when I call. The staff is friendly and helpful when I need to try stuff on- they remember my name when I come in after about the first week of an unlimited package. I tan usually in the spring and not all year long and for vacations- they also remember when I have a trip coming up and are excited for me when it gets close.I have tanned at other places in Wenatchee and I have had bad experiences- from not getting all my tans because they gave them to other people or having days taken off my months unlimited cause their computer screwed up. OR not having towels or glasses available.I recommend this business to anyone who wants good service. I would guess last review was from the competition wanting to make them look bad.

Did not like this place at all, it is one of the dirtiest tanning salons around the area, filthy, and the service was terrible i mean how long does someone have to wait on the phone to get a tan, i called like 20 times in one week and never got ahold of anyone, plus they were rude to me and acted like i knew nothing about tanning, ive tanned other places and i think ill stay with the other places! i wouldnt reccommend this salon to anyone !!!!!
