We are pleased to present delicacies from the Punjab region of Northwestern India. Indian food, like Indian culture, is both diverse and distinctive. Tried this restaurant last night. Food was delicious and exotic to our palates. We ordered the dinner for two and substituted goat for the meat in our curry. We each had one of the traditional yogurt based Indian drinks on the menu, which were a wonderful cool counterpoint to the spicy dishes. A one star heat rating was plenty of spice for us. This food is traditional and not Americanized in the least. If you are looking for apologetic fusion cuisine, don't eat here. Food was 5 star, the four star rating reflects the very busy service and a drink that was not served until long after it was ordered. This is a new establishment, so it could be a fluke. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be going back.
