I called this jeweler to ask about having several rings sized. He assured me that he would not stretch the rings, and explained in detail how they would be sized, and assured me that I could trust him to do a good job with my rings. When I picked them up it was obvious that they had been stretched... the rings are significantly thinner, which will affect the wear. I have been very disappointed and feel betrayed every time I put them on. I would have taken them back, but how could I even trust him to redo them? I have to consider it money (over $100.00) lost. Please do yourself a favor and do shop around for a better jeweler.
