Welcome to Daigle's Sausage Kitchen, which is locally run and owned by Russell and Edith Daigle. We process deer meat and also have a wide variety of specialty meats in our showcase. We make our own sausage, boudin, and cracklins with our own special blend of seasoning. We have a large menu of fast foods to suit our customers from Salads all the way to po-boys. If you like a home cooked meal for lunch then Daigle's is the perfect place to eat. We have a weekly plate lunch menu full of Cajun cooking sure to cure your craving for a good hot homemade meal. Come see us in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We are located in Welsh, LA on the corner of Joseph St. and E. Russell Ave on Hwy 90 going East out of town.
