Allegany Rehabilitation Associates is a private, nonprofit organization that provides a wide variety of human services in Allegany and Wyoming counties in New York, including mental health services, case management, chemical dependency, transportation, housing, education and social and vocational rehabilitation. ARA is a community-based organization that solicits community feedback through advisory committees, consumer surveys and other agencies. Its counseling center offers professional help for people who are experiencing emotional stress and difficulties coping with changes and demands of modern life. It offers its services to adults and children and provides services to people with all levels of social difficulties. The counseling center of Allegany Rehabilitation Associates is located in Wellsville, N.Y.
