Located just 175 feet from Wells Beach (a short 1 minute walk), we're situated on a quiet seaside street, but close to area restaurants and shops. You have all the convenience, but without the bustle. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Crescent Beach is immediately across the street and the property borders beautiful salt marshlands to the west. The grounds are quiet and safe for children. Lounge chairs and picnic tables are located all around our grassy lawns. There are nice views in all directions, and the air is cool and breezy. You can watch the birds and deer, sunsets over the marsh and sunrises over the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. We have chairs for the beach, outside showers for rinsing off when you return from the beach, and coin operated laundry.
